Pipe wind speed sensors are also called high-precision anemometers and ventilation duct wind speed sensors. The casing of the pipe wind speed sensor is made of high-temperature-resistant and anti-corrosion material. It is widely used in wind power, railways, photovoltaics, engineering machinery, environmental monitoring, coal mines, ports and terminals and other fields.

Function description: Designed for pipe wind speed measurement, the independently developed high-precision wind speed measurement unit is responsive and can quickly and accurately measure tiny wind speeds, with good stability, small drift and high accuracy. At the same time, the transmitter can calculate the real-time air volume value according to the measured pipe cross-sectional area.

Detection principle: adopt the principle of hot wire balance to measure wind speed. The response speed is fast, and the starting wind speed is small.

Calibration method: adopt the full-scale secondary calibration method independently developed by the company, with good linearity and high accuracy.

Wiring method: The terminal block adopts military-grade spring-type screw-free terminals, which can be connected by pressing and plugging in. You can quickly connect the wires even if there is no screwdriver on site, and can adapt to wire diameters of 0.3~2.0mm.


Precautions for installation of pipeline wind speed sensor:

1. Open-hole flange installation, high-quality silicone sealing ring, small air leakage and durable.

2. Note that it needs to be installed on the side or below of the pipe, and cannot be installed from top to bottom.

3. First drill a hole with a diameter of 20mm in the ventilation duct, insert the air duct into the hole, and adjust the direction of the device so that the arrow direction of the device is consistent with the direction of the wind speed (the direction of the wind). You can adjust the flange by adjusting the direction of the flange. The position controls the height of the device.
