Pipeline wind speed sensor is also called high-precision pipeline wind speed sensor. Pipeline wind speed sensor is mainly used for pipe wind speed measurement. The shell is made of high temperature resistant and anti-corrosion material to be used in harsh environments. Both temperature compensation and temperature compensation are realized digitally.

[Functional description]: Designed for pipeline wind speed measurement, the self-developed high-precision wind speed measurement unit is sensitive, can quickly and accurately measure small wind speeds, has good stability, small drift, and high precision. At the same time, the transmitter can calculate the real-time air volume value according to the measured pipe cross-sectional area.

[Detection principle]: The wind speed is measured by the principle of hot wire balance. The response speed is fast, and the starting wind speed is small.

[Calibration method]: Adopt the full-scale secondary calibration method independently developed by the company, with good linearity and high accuracy;

Precautions for installation of duct type wind speed sensor:

①. Open-hole flange installation, using high-quality silicone sealing ring, small air leakage and durable;

②. Note that it needs to be installed on the side or bottom of the pipe, and cannot be installed from top to bottom.

③. First, punch a hole with a diameter of 20mm in the ventilation duct, insert the air duct into the hole, and adjust the direction of the equipment so that the arrow direction of the equipment is consistent with the direction of the wind speed (the direction of the wind). You can adjust the flange by adjusting the direction of the flange. Position controls the height of the device.
