Automatic weather station structure composition

Automatic weather station, also known as multi-element automatic weather station, is a new type of meteorological monitoring instrument. It can collect, process and display meteorological elements, and transmit them to users through the network, with all-weather working capability, and can continuously monitor the climate for more than 24 hours. It mainly consists of the following parts:

1. Sensor system: used to collect various physical quantities in the atmosphere;

3. Data processing and display device: used to complete data entry, calculation and analysis tasks, but also output charts;

4. Communication system: responsible for connecting with external computers and providing data transmission services;

5. Power supply system: mainly includes battery packs, solar power panels, control lines and other components;

6. Software system, including the upper computer monitoring center, and corresponding software.

Automatic weather station has many years of development history, with the continuous improvement of science and technology, especially the development of computer technology, communication technology, control technology and sensor technology, making it a new generation of intelligent measurement and control tools. After entering the 21st century, due to the moderate price of automatic weather stations, do not need to be manned, remote monitoring, all-weather operation, so it has been widely promoted and applied. Especially nowadays, smart agriculture is developing in full swing, and the degree of automation is getting higher and higher. The use of automatic weather stations is also more and more scenarios, such as farmland irrigation, crop growth process detection, etc., can not be separated from its help. In some large projects or important places such as airports, docks, stations and other places, there are even automatic weather stations specially set up for these projects.
