1. Product Introduction of Tilt Monitor

Tilt monitors are also called building tilt monitors and wireless tilt monitors. Tilt monitors can be combined with intelligent gateways, alarm devices and IoT platforms to form a closed-loop system of self-power supply, self-monitoring, self-analysis, and self-alarm for geological disaster hidden danger points. It is suitable for intelligent and universal monitoring and early warning of geological disasters. Based on the principles of high precision, low power consumption, and stability and reliability, an integrated tilt attitude monitor has been designed and developed.

2. Product Features of Tilt Monitor

1. High integration: It integrates the MEMS acceleration module to realize the three-axis acceleration and three-axis inclination observation functions, and at the same time collects the ambient temperature for temperature compensation;

Multi-communication: Integrate 2/4G full Netcom public network communication, support NB-IoT narrowband Internet of Things communication, support LoRa local area ad hoc network communication, realize local area networking of monitoring equipment, regional release of early warning information, and remote transmission of monitoring data , equipment remote control;

3. Low power consumption: Adhering to the design concept of high integration and low power consumption, it realizes the integrated design of sensing, acquisition, communication and power supply. The standby performance meets the needs of long-term use in the field. It is easy to install and is especially suitable for emergency monitoring deployment;

High precision: Redundant on-site observations are adopted, based on prior medium errors and actual measurement errors, embedded edge computing, data filtering and data cleaning algorithms, to achieve gross error elimination and abnormal detection, to ensure the reliability of monitoring data and meet the requirements of relevant requirements of technical standards;

5. Mounting nuts are embedded in the back of the host shell and adopt a fit design, and the built-in high-performance shell is integrated with a supplementary solar panel, which is installed with a pole, and the overall installation and deployment are simple.
