The structure is compact and consists of lifting rod, tripod bracket, hand crank, cable system, etc. The power is transmitted by the combination of hand shaft, bevel gear, lead screw, screw nut and steel wire rope to achieve the purpose of lifting. The "doubling extension mechanism" is adopted, that is, the movable rods of each section are raised and lowered at the same time, at a high speed, and the wire rope can be seen exposed after rising. It can be self-locked at any height and will not slide down.
6. Mobile lifting Lightning rod erection requirements
1. The lifting lightning rod must be installed on a flat and hard foundation to ensure that it does not sink or tilt after bearing the load.
2. The loading of the lifting lightning rod is not allowed to exceed the specified weight. The loading must act on the axis of the rod body. Asymmetric loads that deviate from the axis are prohibited from causing the lifting lightning rod to tilt or bend.
3. The lifting lightning rod must be vertical to the horizontal plane, and the allowed inclination is no more than 0.5°.
4. When the wind speed exceeds 14m/S, there must be guy wires when erecting or lifting.
5. The closing lock hook must be removed before raising the lifting rod.
6. The fasteners that fix the load must be tightened before lifting.
7. It is strictly prohibited to knock the rod during use, installation or transportation to prevent the rod from deforming.
8. If abnormal phenomena such as inflexible lifting or jamming occur during the lifting process, the work should be stopped immediately, the cause should be identified, and the fault should be eliminated before operation.
9. Remember that the short cable of the three-layer cable box of the fixed pipe must be in the locked state during the lifting and lowering process. See Figure 1 for details of the locked state.
7. Mobile lifting Lightning rod ground erection, lifting and cable pulling
1. Choose a flat, hard, and open site with a square and circular shape that can meet the requirements for wire nailing, that is, the site is a circular area greater than or equal to R=12.6m.
2. Refer to Figure 2 to install the upper hinge, legs and diagonal support rod on the lifting rod and then install the latch.
3. Adjust each cable lock pin of the cable box to the unlocked state (that is, pull up the lock pin handle and rotate it 90° to make the lock pin handle boss disengage from the lock body groove.
4. Hang the long, medium and short cable hooks of the cable box on the upper, middle and lower cable holes of the lifting rod respectively.
5. Install the load on the lifting rod, tighten the fixing screw and remove the closing lock hook.
6. Stand up the lifting rod and hold it, then unfold the legs, pull out the telescopic rod lock and pull the telescopic rod outward to reach the position and lock it.
7. Place the foot support plate under the foot and rotate the adjusting bolt to fine-tune the foot so that all three legs are supported and the lifting rod is vertical.
8. Align the position of the cable hole on the top of the lifting rod, nail three ground nails to the ground with the lifting rod as the center and a radius of 12.6m, with the ground nail hanging ring facing the lifting rod.
9. Hang the cable box hooks of the three cable boxes on the three ground nail hanging rings respectively.
10. Adjust the short pull cord lock pin of the pull cord box to make it in the locked state (that is, pull up the lock pin handle and rotate it 90° so that the lock pin handle boss enters the groove of the lock body). Insert the crank handle of the pull cord box into the short pull cord crank handle of the pull cord box. In the hole, rotate the handle of the cable box clockwise, tighten the cable at three points at the same time, and fix the lifting rod in the vertical position.
11. Unscrew the hand crank shaft cover, insert the hand crank to the hand crank shaft, and evenly shake the hand crank clockwise to raise the lifting rod. During the lifting process, put down the pull wire while rising, and designate a special person to observe the vertical condition of the lifting rod. Instruct the operator of the pull box to loosen or tighten the pull wire as needed to keep the lifting rod rising vertically. When you see the lower part of the second section from the bottom When the red mark line is exposed or it feels unsteady, the lifting rod has been raised to the maximum height.
12. Adjust the long and middle cable lock pins of the cable box so that they are in a locked state. Insert the cable box handle into the long and middle cable crank jacks of the cable box respectively. Rotate the cable box crank clockwise and hear a clicking sound. , tighten the pull wire at three points at the same time to fix the lifting rod in the vertical position.
8. Lowering and dismantling of mobile lifting Lightning rod

9. Maintenance and maintenance of mobile lifting Lightning rod

2. When the lifting rod is closed and parked in the open air, a protective cloth cover should be worn to prevent rain and dust from entering.
3. If it is not used for a long time, raise it to dry every half a month in the rainy season; raise it to dry every one month in the non-rainy season.
4. After long-term installation of lifting poles in the wild, check the erection status of the lifting poles after strong winds or every one month. The poles should not be tilted, deformed, or allowed to relax. Any problems found should be eliminated in a timely manner.
