The "five parameters" usually refer to wind speed, wind direction, temperature, humidity, and atmospheric pressure. The explosion-proof meteorological five-parameter instrument is a sensor that can monitor these parameters and incorporates explosion-proof design. Equipment used in flammable and explosive environments must have explosion-proof functions to prevent explosion accidents caused by electric sparks, high temperatures, etc. generated by the equipment. This is also the case for meteorological monitoring equipment.
This Explosion Proof Sensor of Fengtu adopts an integrated design and a top cover hidden ultrasonic probe as a whole, effectively preventing snow and rain from accumulating on the probe, thereby interfering with the measurement and affecting the accuracy. It uses continuous frequency conversion ultrasonic signals to detect wind speed and direction, measures the real-time wind speed without start-up wind speed, has strong anti-interference ability, is maintenance-free, and does not require on-site calibration. The output signal is RS485 communication interface (MODBUS protocol) as standard, and a wireless transmission module is optional.
In addition to sensors, Fengtu also launched the FT-FB02 Explosion proof weather station. This is an integrated weather station specially developed for special places such as chemical plants and oil depots. It integrates functions such as data acquisition, storage, communication, and display. It adopts a design concept with high protection levels such as anti-corrosion, explosion-proof, waterproof, shockproof, and dustproof, and can meet the usage needs of various scenarios. Technical parameters include the measurement range and accuracy of wind speed, wind direction, air temperature, humidity, atmospheric pressure, etc., and monitoring parameters such as PM2.5, PM10, optical rainfall, carbon monoxide, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen dioxide, and ozone are also optional.
In terms of accuracy, the wind speed measurement range is 0 - 60m/s (±0.1m/s); the wind direction measurement range is 0 - 360° (±2°); the temperature measurement range is -40℃ - 60℃ (±0.3℃); the humidity measurement range is 0 - 100% RH (±2% RH); the atmospheric pressure measurement range is 300hpa - 1100hpa (±0.25%).
