1. Measurement principle of flue dust transmittance detector
The flue dust transmittance detector is also called the flue dust monitor. The measurement principle of the flue dust transmittance detector is that the detection light traverses the flue. The single optical path measurement system consists of a transmitter and a receiver. A high-brightness LED light source is installed in the receiver. It emits a beam that passes through the diffuser and then passes through the flue. It is projected onto the focusing lens in the receiver and is focused on the measurement detector; the other part is directly focused on the reference detector. The light transmittance or light opacity value can be obtained by calculating the ratio of the signal intensities obtained on the two detectors, from which the light transmittance (or light opacity) and dust concentration values can be obtained.
