The fixed spore capture device is also called an intelligent spore capture system or a pathogen spore capture device. The fixed spore capture device can detect disease pathogen spores and pollen dust particles that flow and are transmitted through the air. It is mainly used to monitor the stock of disease spores and their diffusion dynamics.

Main functions: It can be fixed in the reporting area to observe the type and quantity of spores in a specific area to provide reliable data for predicting and preventing disease prevalence and infection. It is a special equipment for crop disease detection that agricultural plant protection departments should be equipped with.

The main structure of the fixed spore capture device: The main body is made of plastic-sprayed metal and consists of a rainproof upper cover, a filter, a main box, and a bottom bracket.

Working environment: -30℃~70℃, 0~95% (relative humidity), no condensation

Overall machine size: 700*700*1665mm;

Slide: 75*25mm. The slide needs to be coated with Vaseline and placed gently on the glass slide under the vent. Experimenters need to manually change the slides, and when observing spores, take the slides back to the laboratory for culture and observation. Slides are reusable and need to be cleaned and disinfected before reuse.

Air collecting port wind speed: 0.3~5m/s

Configuration method: Provide a dedicated configuration APP to configure device parameters through Bluetooth non-contact

Fixed spore trap working mode:

①. Continuous working mode: The device starts working continuously when it is powered on, and stops working when the power is turned off.

②. Intermittent working mode: work N hours -> stop M hours, and then cycle back and forth. The work stop time can be flexibly set.

③. Scheduled working mode: work for 1 hour -> stop for 0.1 hour, and then cycle back and forth

Rain and snow control: It is equipped with a rain and snow sensing device by default. The rain control function is turned on by default. Automatic recognition of rain and snow weather stops working and can be set to off.

Light control: Equipped with a light intensity sensing device by default, the light control function is turned off by default and can be set to on. After turning it on, the device will start working when it recognizes that the light intensity is less than the set value.

Precautions:

(1) The installation location of the spore detection cabinet should be a flat, hard cement-poured elevated platform to ensure that the installation location is flat and should not be tilted.

(2) After the equipment is installed, the equipment shell needs to be grounded.

(3) Try to stay away from high-power interference equipment to avoid affecting the normal operation of the equipment, such as frequency converters/motors, etc.
