[ Function overview of water quality ion transmitter ]: This product is a device that measures various ion concentrations in water, including ammonium ions, nitrite, nitrate, magnesium ions, sodium ions, potassium ions, chloride ions, calcium ions, etc. 8 options. It is widely used for online automatic continuous analysis and detection of ions in industrial wastewater, surface water, drinking water, seawater and industrial production process control. Continuous monitoring of ion concentration and temperature values of aqueous solutions. 


[Detection principle of water quality ion transmitter]: The electrode uses an advanced selective permeation membrane. When the permeation membrane is affected by the solution being measured, the electrode generates an electromotive force (voltage). The size of the electromotive force reflects the ion concentration in the solution being measured.

[Precautions for using the ion electrode of the water quality ion transmitter]:

①. Ion transmitters that have not been used for a long time need to be soaked and activated before measurement. (First perform low-concentration activation, soak in 10 mg/L standard solution for at least 12 hours, and then perform high-concentration immersion, take 1000 mg/L solution and soak the sensor for 1-2 hours). Be sure to fully clean the sensor after activation and before testing. Immerse the front end of the sensor in deionized water for 5 minutes and stir the aqueous solution. For more complete cleaning, please replace the sensor with clean deionized water several times and clean it again to prevent measurement errors.

②. Ion transmitters that have not been used for a short period of time need to be soaked in deionized water before measurement to prevent measurement errors.

③. Before using the equipment, check whether there are bubbles on the front of the ion sensor. If there are no bubbles, use it normally. If there are bubbles, swing the sensor downward to remove the bubbles.

④. After using the sensor, please rinse the sensor head with clean water and cover it with a protective cover.

⑤. Please do not use this ammonia ion transmitter in a highly corrosive liquid environment to avoid irreversible damage to the sensor.

⑥. Do not use sharp objects to touch the membrane head at the front of the ion sensor to avoid damaging the sensor.

⑦. Please do not use it in an environment where the temperature exceeds the applicable temperature of the sensor to avoid damage to the sensor.

⑧. In principle, the equipment should be calibrated before each use. It is recommended to calibrate it every 3 months for long-term use. The calibration frequency should be appropriately adjusted according to different application conditions (the degree of dirt in the application site, the deposition of chemical substances, etc.).
