1. Product principle of high-precision radar level meter

High-precision radar level gauge is also called high-precision anti-interference radar level gauge and non-contact radar level gauge. The high-precision radar level gauge is a high-tech product that uses microwave technology to detect material level and can be used underground. Pipe network water level, water level measurement, real-time monitoring of groundwater level. High-precision radar level gauge uses frequency modulated continuous wave (FMCW) technology. The antenna emits a high-frequency FM radar signal, and the frequency of the radar signal increases linearly. The emitted radar signal is received by the same antenna after being reflected by the measured medium. At the same time, the frequency difference between the frequency of the transmitted signal and the frequency of the received signal is proportional to the measured distance. The collected frequency difference signal is subjected to fast Fourier transform (FFT) to obtain the spectrum of the reflected echo, and the distance of the target to be measured is calculated based on this.
