The device has passed GB3836.1-2010 and GB3836.4-2010 explosive environment standard certifications and holds a high-level explosion-proof certificate of Ex ia IIC T6 Ga. It adopts an intrinsically safe protection design to ensure safe operation in flammable and explosive environments.

The product integrates monitoring functions for five meteorological elements: wind speed, wind direction, air temperature, humidity, and atmospheric pressure. It features an integrated structural design that allows easy installation and disassembly, reducing on-site assembly procedures.

Utilizing ultrasonic monitoring principles, the wind speed measurement range is 0～60m/s with an accuracy of ±0.1m/s; wind direction measurement range is 0～360° with an accuracy of ±2°. The hidden ultrasonic probe design in the top cover effectively avoids the impact of rain and snow accumulation and natural wind obstruction on measurements.

Equipped with five levels of protection: waterproof, explosion-proof, dustproof, shockproof, and corrosion-resistant. The sensor housing is made of ASA material, which is corrosion-resistant and anti-oxidation, adapting to the harsh environmental conditions of chemical parks.

Comes with standalone data receiving software that supports storage of no less than 500,000 data records. Provides standard Modbus protocol and supports multiple communication methods such as JSON string and Modbus485, allowing flexible configuration of monitoring parameters according to user needs.

The FT-FB02 Explosion-Proof Weather Station is equipped with an explosion-proof display screen composed of 9 P10 unit boards, with dimensions of 1 meter × 0.5 meters, enabling real-time on-site data display. It adopts RS232 wired transmission to ensure data transmission stability and supports AC220V power supply to meet on-site continuous monitoring needs.
