How to adjust the parameters of the EL detector camera?
Firstly, after turning on the camera, set the camera mode to M mode, that is, the manual mode, so that you can fully control the exposure settings of the camera. Then rotate and open the screen to view and adjust the camera settings. Use the adjusted parameters, for example, set the shutter speed to six seconds, the aperture to F3.5, and the ISO to 500. The shutter speed can be adjusted by turning the dial on the upper right, while the aperture size can be adjusted by pressing the plus and minus buttons and sliding the knob. The larger the aperture value, the smaller the actual aperture and the darker the image; conversely, the smaller the aperture value, the larger the actual aperture and the brighter the image. The ISO parameter can be adjusted by pressing the I button. The higher the ISO value, the more light is added to the image and the brighter the image, but the image quality will deteriorate accordingly. The slower the shutter speed, the more light is received and the brighter the image. However, it should be noted that a slow shutter speed may cause motion blur.
What is an EL detector?
The L test technology of photovoltaic modules, namely electroluminescence (EL) testing, is a crucial quality inspection means in the solar photovoltaic industry. It makes the battery cells emit light by injecting current into them and analyzes the photoelectric characteristics of the battery cells through image recording, thus evaluating the quality and performance of the modules. EL testing is mainly used for quality control during the production process, factory inspection, fault analysis, and verification of new materials and processes. This technology can detect defects, cracks, and leakage problems of battery cells, ensuring that photovoltaic modules meet the design requirements and improve power generation efficiency.
